Tuesday evening - DIDCOT - HATHA YOGA, 6pm - 7pm, £5 - Everyone welcome, no booking needed
Didcot Civic Hall - Broadway, Didcot OX11 7JN

Tuesday evening - WANTAGE - HATHA YOGA, 7.30pm - 8.30pm, £5 - Everyone welcome, no booking needed
BEACON (Used to be Civic Hall) - town centre, Wantage OX12 9BX

Friday lunch - WANTAGE - HATHA YOGA, 12.15 - 1.15pm, £5 pre booking is essential.

HATHA Yoga is a strength, flexibility and relaxation class. All classes are suitable for all levels, especially beginners.  Please turn up wearing loose, comfortable clothing and bring a Yoga mat if you have one (a towel, blanket or exercise mat will be ok if you don't).  Mats and other equipment are for sale in class.

PERSONAL PLAN - if you can't get to class and would like to do some Yoga at home, I can create you a one off personal plan for just £5 but you would need to have attended a few classes or been for a one off session first. You can have private sessions, which are £20 for 45 minutes (or 5 for £90) Email or phone for details.
