Coronavirus Update
All classes and Personal Sessions are now VIRTUAL. This is going well and is a lot of fun. You need a device on which you can download the free Zoom.us App (on your laptop, tablet , phone, desk top) and then you need to email me to join a class at lesat an hour in advance.  5 minutes before the class I will email you a meeting invitation and you simply join it.

                     7.00pm         Pilates
TUESDAY        6.00pm        HATHA yoga
WEDNESDAY   12.30pm      Pilates
                      6.30pm       Yoga FLOW
THURSDAY      7.30pm       HATHA yoga
FRIDAY           2.00pm       HATHA yoga

Payment is £5 for a single calss or £10 for unlimted classes in a week. You need to email to book, at least 2 hours before the class starts and I'll let you know how to pay and how to log in when you book on.

For Tuesday evening Yoga in Wantage and Didcot you do not need to book classes, please just turn up. If it is your first class try to come a few minutes early.  Remember to bring something to lie on (mat, towel or blanket) You must book for other sessions.
