At just £20 for 45 minutes (times can be shorter or longer, weekly, fortnightly, one offs, what ever you need) it is an affordable way to get fit, lose weight, tone up, energise, relax, have time to yourself .... the list is endless. You can also pay for 5 in advance for just £90.
